On the tenth day of the month and year aforesaid Master Clarke, Dean of the Deanery aforesaid, certified himself to have committed administration of the goods of Thomas Hemingway, late of Heckmondwike in the diocese of York, deceased intestate (as it is asserted),

To Sarah Hemingway, widow, relict of the said deceased, she having been first sworn (saving [all rights] etc.).

Inventory exhibited within [£40] etc.

And a caution is administed [ie notice given to registry staff not to grant administration to anyone else.]
