Abraham Hemingway of the City of York Merchant Admon 9 July

On 9 July 1639 the administration of the goods of Abraham
Hemingway, merchant of the City of York was granted to Margaret Hemingway,
widow, relict of the deceased. An
inventory was to be exhibited and a bond was entered. The said Inventory was exhibited June 1640. On the same day the tuition of Susan, Anne,
John, Elizabeth & Margaret Hemingway, children of the said Abraham
Hemingway, was granted to Margaret Hemingway widow of the said deceased and
mother of the said children.
